Introduction

Welcome to my VTuber Model Services. By commissioning a VTuber model from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

❤︎ Creation of custom VTuber models based on client specifications.
❤︎ Revisions as specified in the commission agreement.
❤︎ Delivery of completed models in agreed-upon formats.

Commission Process

❤︎ Clients must contact me to discuss project details, scope, and pricing.
❤︎ Upon agreement on the project scope and price, an invoice will be issued.
❤︎ i take payment upfront or after initial sketch via paypal invoices only
❤︎ Clients will receive updates and WIP shots as agreed.
❤︎ Limited to [number] revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

Payment

❤︎ Payments are accepted via paypal
❤︎ All prices are in $
❤︎ full payment upfront or after the initial sketch

Rights and Usage

❤︎ I retains the rights to the artwork created.
❤︎ Clients receive usage rights for personal use, including streaming and social media.
❤︎ Commercial use must be explicitly agreed upon and may incur additional fees.

Refund Policy

❤︎ Refunds are only available if i am unable to complete the commission.
❤︎ No refunds for completed work.

Client Responsibilities

❤︎ Provide clear and detailed specifications.
❤︎ Respond promptly to communications.
❤︎ Use the commissioned work within the agreed-upon terms.
